Tonight I’m running 5.6km for the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge around Centennial Parklands…. Hoping to push about 20-22 minutes for that.

Friday I’m running 30 minutes on a treadmill in Martin Place for the Foxtel Lap Challenge and hoping to push out 6.5km… All that running, no where to go….
