On Friday evening I got out to Newport to Silo Gallery to catch a limited exhibition by the very talented Toby Peet ‘A Long Day Turns Into Night‘.
The space was adorned with 5 amazing pieces, all shot from Toby’s living room window over the course of a week during varied times of twilight.
I met Toby at a Semi Permanent a few years ago. I really love his style of portraiture shots.
I think this was my favourite piece; just the subtlety of the colours and the ‘imperfection’ of the cloud in the shot.
