It’s been a week since the Sgt Peppers. post.
Plenty of people have been in contact since then; a few unexpected, but all appreciated. I’m yet to respond to the majority of people, but I will (try to) get around to you.

This is a tough one to write.
I’ve been pondering how, how much and what to write for the last few days and I’m still not sure how this is going to pan out, but here goes…..
My yearly pilgrimage to Mrs Macquaries Chair for Fuzzy’s Harbourlife to dance my ass off to House Music all day long has come and gone!!
For the last 5 1/2 months I’ve been involved in planning & executing #UPROCK2019; the annual Christian Hip-Hop Summit run by KROSSWERDZ.
On Friday evening I got out to Newport to Silo Gallery to catch a limited exhibition by the very talented Toby Peet ‘A Long Day Turns Into Night‘.
For the last 4ish months, Monday mornings have been pretty invigorating. I’ve been up early, out of the house and out to Maroubra for Threesome Monday creatives with Justin and the gang. The days were a good chance to punch out some photo editing and/or writing as well as capture some BTS stuff of things happening as they soft-launched their Creative Agency; #SNIPING client meetings, studio shoots, lunchtime and internal meetings.
It was my birthday on Thursday, but being a valentines baby, it’s always a bit hard to celebrate with dinner as couples are usually out on the town….
Missing Out; it’s a reality that I have always had to deal with, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. With the rise of social media though, it’s fast become something that people tend to be more aware of, and can wallow in, reflect on or take joy in.
Last Saturday night, despite the rain, I got out to Enmore to the Slyfox for the launch of Fix My Sink; the latest weekly endeavour of S.A.S.H. crew. The main selectors for the night were Session Victim, from Germany; a pair of devoted vinylists, and the guys behind this quirky track that I love from back in 2009 – Memory Lane
2018 was certainly a roller-coaster, and I’m glad to see the end of it, much like plenty of people I know. It is kind of ironic though as you can take 2018 in Cantonese as “easy to prosper”
